These deers are getting 1 ma solid, and their side doesn't even add up close to it.

Unfair to you.
The Nonballoon gets 0.5n or 5-6 ma and their side is roughly 1.25 ma
no matter how high or low these rats are actually to be found on Horror's list, they are extremely hard to trade off and usually get far less than their actual value
