Oekaki help(posting open)

I'm not sure where to post this really, but this seems a good place.
It seems that editable Oekaki is giving me grief, so far I've only found one editable page that actually loads and lets me color, just about everything else acts as if it is loading, and then freezes to never return.

Obviously this isn't a java issue as one editable page works, and java tells me it's up to date. Any ideas?

It maybe your web browser like Firefox.You may also have a viruse on you comupter But I realy don't know what to tell you

So, in the layers window, there's a check box that says sample all layers. What does it do?
(I've been using oekaki for quite a while, I just never thought it was important enough to ask on a help ticket, and there never was a thread like this..)

Any ideas of what it does would help :)
